Button Gwinnett District is a part of the Atlanta Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America.  We are located in the southwestern part of Gwinnett County, serving the cities of Suwanee, Duluth, Norcross, and Peachtree Corners.

BALOO Training July 22nd!

BALOO Trainign is next weekend July 22nd.  Registration is still open at AAC.

There are only 2 other courses scheduled for this fall.  One at teh End fo Sept and one in Oct. 
You need at least 1 person BALOO trained to go pack camping.

This will be the last chance until well into Fall to get trained!

The way Scouts earn Eagle Palms is about to change

Eagle Palms are bronze, gold and silver awards presented to young men who earn five, 10, 15 or more merit badges beyond the 21 required to become an Eagle Scout.

Memorial Weekend: Duty to Country

FLAG PLACEMENT: Each year Scouting organizations place flags on the 18,000+ graves of U.S. military veterans in the Marietta National Cemetery. All Scouting levels are welcome, including Cubs, Boy Scouts, Venturers, and Girl Scouts.
