The dates for the Spring Camporee will be April 23 (Friday) to April 25 (Sunday).  Details will be coming soon.

This year's Friends of Scouting campaign is in full swing!  We are off to a great start, but we can use your help to reach our goal.  If your unit has an upcoming event, such as a Court of Honor or Blue and Gold, please let us know so we can schedule a presentation.  If you are doing it virtually, we can definitely support that.  If your units are refraining from these kinds of events because of Covid, we would still like to work with you to reach your families and get the message out.  To let us know about your events or to discuss further, contact Zach Fisher or Howard Jetmundsen at hjetmundsen@spectrola.com.

University of Scouting (UoS) is the premier training event of the year for the Atlanta Area Council. Because successful units are led by trained leaders, UoS provides an opportunity for Scouters to receive supplemental and position specific training. With the status of Covid uncertain, the Button Gwinnett District Team is working to build plans for Day Camp, and see what kind of program format might work for packs. We’re working with several different plans, depending on the status of the pandemic, and we want your input.  A meeting scheduled a conversation for Tuesday, February 9 at 7pm.
