We are having a kickoff for Cub Recruiting July 19 at 7 PM at the Duluth First UMC Scout Hut.  !  It is VERY important that your pack is well represented at this event, so please plan on having several people there!  We will be talking Cub recruiting, but we will also have other information for your pack.  This will also be a terrific way to meet your peers from other Packs in the district.  It is going to be fun and informative.  To sign up, go to:

On Saturday, June 18 we will be hosting a day of Field Sports and Games for Cub Scouts.  The event will take place at Suglarloaf United Methodist Church, and the scheduled time is 9-3, but we may end early because of heat.  You can still sign up for this event.

The District Awards Banquet will be held at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, May 24 at the Medlock Pavillion at Pinckneyville Park (same place as last year). The event will be catered- more details to follow - and an awards banquet where we honor the service leaders in our district.
