BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA
Button Gwinnett District Cub Scout Roundtable

Cub Scout Roundtable Commissioner:   Doug Katz

We have an outdoor roundtable for you this month.

The program theme is Leaf it to Cubs!

We will have a presentation from Ken Kucera on Spring Recruiting to jumpstart your Tiger program.  This is really useful if you have a summer program to invite the new scouts to.

Even tastier…Bob Weaver will be teaching us about outdoor cooking for a pack.  I don’t know the details yet, but we should be learning how to make some fun foods for campouts.

Our meeting will be outdoors so bring a chair for yourself.

Location:   Christ Church Episcopal, 400 Holcomb Bridge Road, Norcross, GA

Yours in Scouting,

Doug Katz
BGD Roundtable Commissioner

Roundtable is held on the THIRD Tuesday of each month at Christ Church Episcopal, located at 400 Holcomb Bridge Road in Norcross.  Join us in fellowship at 7-9pm.  Come share your adventures in Scouting, contribute in learning, and participate in fun activities.

A roundtable is a monthly presentation of unit program ideas, inspiration, and additional training for all leaders. Roundtables are enjoyable and convey many practical ideas for leaders to use.  The monthly program is geared towards Cub Scout leaders at every level, from the Tiger adult partner to the Cubmaster and Committee Chair.  It is highly recommended that all attend.  I encourage you to bring someone who hasn't been to a roundtable and see how it can help your unit program.

We are presently following the National Program Guide as outlined in Boy’s Life.  We are presenting the information one moth prior to give your unit ideas and useful program material.
